The award was presented by Anita Risberg, as the 2009 honoree.

2010 Allen Jones Memorial Trophy

Thurman Smith

The 2010 ALLEN JONES MEMORIAL TROPHY was awarded to 91 year old REALTOR® Thurman Smith (Smith and Jungwirth Realty, Inc.), given to honor his long time honest and ethical service to the business community, the REALTOR® Association and the community in general. The award was presented by his son Mark Smith.

Curt Arthur and Jennifer Martin

The 2010 BILL FREY MEMORIAL COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION OF THE YEAR honored Curt Arthur and Jennifer Martin (Sperry Van Ness), for a commercial transaction that was outstanding, noteworthy and exemplifies the most professionalism, creativity and significance to the community. 2010 SAR Affiliate of the Year

The 2010 SAR AFFILIATE  OF THE YEAR award was presented to Doug Schneider (Bank of America Home Loans)  for outstanding service as a contributor to the real estate industry, his service community, and to the Salem Association REALTORS® .  The award was presented by Norm Hill as the 2009 honoree.
